About this role

The Application Analyst - Epic Resolute supports the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of Epic Resolute Revenue Cycle applications, including Professional Billing, Hospital Billing, and Claims. This role partners with Revenue Cycle operations and technical stakeholders to ensure workflow optimization, post-go-live stabilization, and continuous improvement of Epic Revenue Cycle solutions. The position focuses on Professional Claims, Electronic Remittance, Reimbursement Contracts, and the Benefits Engine.

Responsibilities

Design and configure Epic Resolute applications for revenue cycle workflows
Analyze and optimize clinical, financial, and technical workflows
Perform integrated testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing

Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related fieldActive Epic Certification or Accreditation in a relevant Epic Resolute application (Professional Billing, Hospital Billing, or Claims)ITIL Foundation CertificationAdvanced Epic Certification in a Revenue Cycle applicationEpic Certification or Accreditation in Epic Cadence, Epic Prelude, or Epic Decision Tree
