About this role

The Application & Cloud Security Specialist performs application security assessments and cloud security reviews to identify and reduce security risks in modern development and cloud-native environments. This role combines manual penetration testing with the use of automated security tools and integrates security practices into CI/CD pipelines. The specialist collaborates with development and engineering teams to remediate vulnerabilities, improve secure coding practices, and enhance overall security posture.

Responsibilities

Perform manual application security testing and penetration testing of web applications and APIs
Review and validate findings from SAST, SCA, and DAST tools including triage and false positive reduction
Assess cloud environments for misconfigurations and exposure risks in support of the CSPM program
