About this role
The MarTech Engineer — CDP & Integrations will support, enhance, and scale Vanguard’s Adobe CDP implementation and the data pipelines that feed it, ensuring customer, behavioural and transactional data flow accurately and securely. The role partners with Customer Data, Data Engineering and marketing teams to enable real-time profiling, activation and AI-enabled insights across the MarTech ecosystem. This position joins the team during a major MarTech transformation to build a modern, data-driven and compliant personalisation platform.
