Application Maintenance & Enhancements

This role focuses on maintaining and enhancing platform modules for campaigns, journeys, audiences, and contact-list APIs. The position requires delivering minor enhancements, performance tuning, and dependency upgrades while ensuring reliability through incident troubleshooting and root cause analysis. The engineer will also apply security patches, remediate vulnerabilities, and maintain engineering excellence through code reviews and documentation.
