An Application Support Engineer acts as a software detective to proactively monitor, diagnose, and resolve issues within critical business systems and distributed services. The role involves performing real-time incident triage for P1/P2 outages, analyzing logs and metrics via AWS CloudWatch and Dynatrace, and ensuring high system availability through automation and infrastructure as code. Responsibilities

Diagnose and resolve issues across multiple components of critical business systems
Perform real-time incident triage and root cause analysis for P1/P2 outages
Analyze logs and metrics using AWS CloudWatch and Dynatrace to trace failures
Automate infrastructure management using Terraform, Ansible, and scripting tools
Collaborate with Dev, Infra, and Product teams to maintain system stability
