About this role

As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as a software detective to monitor, investigate, and resolve issues within critical business systems and distributed services. The role requires hands-on expertise in AWS cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes operations, and observability tools to ensure system stability and support business continuity. You will handle live P1/P2 incidents, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain high-availability environments.
