Application Support (Windows, UNIX/Linux, OpenShift, and PostgreSQL)

This role is part of the Production Support and Reliability Engineering team, responsible for ensuring the stability, availability, and performance of enterprise applications across Windows, UNIX/Linux, OpenShift, and PostgreSQL environments. The position involves providing Level 2/Level 3 support, troubleshooting production incidents, and performing root cause analysis to reduce recurring issues. The role also includes supporting application deployments, managing OpenShift platform operations, and monitoring PostgreSQL databases to drive operational excellence.
