Applications Architect 2

The Applications Architect II will lead the design, configuration, and integration of the HHSC Genesys CX3 CCaaS cloud solution, serving as a technical resource for telephony, SBC, VoIP, and SIP services. The role involves collaborating with HHSC and vendor teams, conducting discovery sessions, preparing design documents, and managing project plans to ensure successful implementation and support of the contact center platform.
