Applications Scientist – Semiconductor Metrology

The role supports and manages x‑ray metrology tools at Rigaku's Technology Center in Sunnyvale, providing technical expertise, tool maintenance, and customer training. The scientist collaborates with customers, engineering, sales, and service teams to develop new capabilities, generate documentation, and travel as needed to support customers across the United States.
