About this role

As an Applied AI Engineer at SimCorp, you will join a newly formed cross-functional team to drive organizational AI adoption and accelerate the integration of AI solutions across all business functions. This role involves partnering directly with business units and product teams to design, build, and deploy low-code AI-powered applications using enterprise platforms like Microsoft Copilot. You will be responsible for managing reusable component libraries, ensuring compliance with regulations such as the EU AI Act, and fostering user adoption through training and best practices.

Responsibilities

Co-build and deploy AI-powered solutions using no/low-code enterprise platforms
Design and manage reusable components for shared AI catalogs
Lead end-to-end delivery of functional AI solutions with business stakeholders
Ensure compliance with enterprise security and regulatory requirements like GDPR
Develop training materials to support user adoption of AI tools
