About this role

The Applied AI Engineer will join the Engineering Team to design, prototype, and ship production-grade AI-powered capabilities and agentic workflows. This hands-on role involves building the infrastructure for AI features, owning evaluation harnesses, and ensuring reliability, cost-efficiency, and safety in a production SaaS environment. The position requires close collaboration with senior engineers, Product, and the CPTO to improve internal communications and drive measurable employee engagement.

Responsibilities

Build agentic workflows and orchestration patterns for AI features
Own evaluation harnesses and measurement systems for AI capabilities
Design and maintain infrastructure for AI workloads on AWS EKS
