Applied HVAC Training Program - Northeast

The Applied HVAC Training Program at Carrier is an immersive entry-level program designed to build technical HVAC knowledge, business acumen, and consultative sales skills through hands-on experience and mentorship. Trainees complete classroom instruction and practical assignments in Charlotte, NC, then transition to a regional field assignment in a designated home office. The program prepares participants to design HVAC solutions and lead the sales process from initial customer contact to delivery.
