Applied Research

This role involves owning applied reinforcement learning programs from initial customer problem discovery through to deployed improvement loops. The position requires understanding business workflows, building environments and evaluations, running post-training experiments, and determining which results can be generalized into the company's shared stack. The role is primarily externally facing, working directly with customer researchers and engineers to drive both research outcomes and practical impact.
