This role involves building core open-source systems, shaping researcher-facing features, and collaborating with engineering to create stable interfaces for external contributors. The position focuses on turning experimental workflows into shared research, open-source systems, and product capabilities for frontier AI development.
Prime Intellect is an open superintelligence stack that enables teams to train, deploy, and continuously improve their own AI models through an integrated suite of compute, training, inference, and sandbox tools. The platform offers hosted RL training environments, dedicated and serverless inference with LoRA support, and a global GPU compute marketplace. Prime Intellect also contributes open-source AI research, including large-scale models and frameworks for reinforcement learning at scale.
