Prime Intellect is seeking an Applied Researcher to build post-training and evaluation systems for multimodal agents operating across browsers, desktops, and cross-application workflows. The role involves turning real-world workflows into tasks, environments, and reward signals to train agents that can recover from mistakes and manage long-horizon tasks. This externally facing position requires collaborating with customers and partners while maintaining a substantive research agenda to improve agent reliability and generalization.
