About this role

An Apprentice Aircraft Fitter at Marshall is an entry-level apprenticeship within the Military Aerospace business providing hands-on experience and fully funded qualifications in aircraft maintenance. The programme follows the Level 3 Aircraft Maintenance Apprenticeship Standard and combines workshop training, classroom learning and on-the-job mentorship to develop technical knowledge and behaviours. Apprentices will gain recognised Level 2 and Level 3 diplomas while working in a regulated aerospace maintenance environment. Assessment centres are scheduled for March 2026 and apprenticeships begin September 2026.
