About this role

The role is a four‑year registered apprenticeship for a Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician, based at Thales' Mulwala site. The apprentice will work on electrical installations, testing, calibration, fault diagnosis and repairs on machines and components within the munitions manufacturing environment. The position requires Australian citizenship and the ability to obtain a Defence security clearance.

Responsibilities

Install electrical components, wiring and systems
Test and calibrate components and systems
Examine drawings to diagnose electrical faults
Repair and diagnose faults across electrical systems
Complete registered apprenticeship in Electrotechnology
