Apprentice Meat Cutter

This role is responsible for efficiently cutting and processing a complete variety of meat products to achieve maximum yield and gross profit according to Meat Standards. The associate will clean work areas, provide customer service, unload stock, and reload salvage. The position requires a commitment to safety, quality standards, and teamwork within a cool, fast-paced retail environment.
