This 36-week apprenticeship program provides hands-on training in the meat cutting trade, allowing participants to learn from experienced meat managers and specialists. The role focuses on mastering the preparation, cutting, and safety standards for various meat products while ensuring high-quality customer service. Upon successful completion and certification, apprentices may receive a raise and transition into permanent meat department positions.
