About this role
The Apprentice Nurse Program provides nursing students enrolled in an accredited RN program the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, acute care hospital setting. Apprentices work under the supervision of Registered Nurses within the Neurosciences department at Baystate Medical Center, supporting patient care across medical, surgical, and cardiac adult inpatient floors. The role offers exposure to a range of neurological diagnoses and professional development in a Magnet-designated organization.
