Apprentice Nurse Program

The Apprentice Nurse Program at Baystate Health provides nursing students enrolled in an accredited RN program the opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced, acute‑care environment. Participants work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, performing direct patient care, vital sign monitoring, specimen collection, and documentation while rotating through multiple adult inpatient units.
