We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice Scrum Master to support Agile delivery teams focused on Observability, Dynatrace, AIOps, and Service Reliability initiatives. This role is ideal for early-career professionals who are passionate about Agile methodologies, continuous improvement, IT operations, and digital transformation. The Apprentice Scrum Master will work closely with Product Owners, Engineers, Architects, and Platform Teams to facilitate Agile ceremonies, track delivery commitments, remove blockers, and promote collaboration across observability initiatives including Dynatrace monitoring, service mapping, automation, and predictive operations.
