The Apprentice Technician supports the service team by performing minor repairs, routine maintenance, and hands-on learning under the guidance of a Master Technician mentor. This role is designed to build foundational skills and experience needed to advance into a flat-rate technician position. OEM training and on-the-job mentorship are provided to help the apprentice develop technical expertise.
