This role is part of LUMA's structured Apprenticeship Program designed to train individuals to become URD Technicians through progressive hands-on experience and classroom instruction. The apprentice works under close supervision to develop foundational technical and safety skills while contributing to team productivity and emergency response efforts. The position requires flexibility for overtime, rotating shifts, and potential relocation to support system reliability and operational needs.
