The Primary Care Office Advanced Provider (APRN or PA) delivers comprehensive care to assigned patients in collaboration with the physician of record and the interdisciplinary care team. The role requires an active Florida license and focuses on providing timely, patient-centered, evidence-based care for acute, chronic, and palliative needs. The AP supports continuity of care through coordination with providers, families, and caregivers, including in-home visits.
