About this role

The Program Manager serves as the Site Manager at the Army Field Support Battalion - Charleston, overseeing all logistics and maintenance operations for US Army prepositioned stocks. This role ensures unit sets are configured for optimal readiness and manages contract operations to support the Army's power projection doctrine. Candidates must have extensive experience managing Army maintenance or supply operations, ideally with technical familiarity with STAMIS and GCCS-A systems.

Responsibilities

Overall planning and coordination of APS-3 ship maintenance cycles
Manage assigned units within Global Command and Control System Army
Submit Official Class IX Budget Estimates for program operations
Manage subcontract workforce to augment the primary KBR workforce
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards throughout the program
