Aquatics Coordinator

The Aquatics Coordinator supports the operation and administration of all aquatic programs at the facility and within the community under the supervision of the Aquatics Director. The role involves hiring, training, and coaching staff while ensuring adherence to YMCA standards and maintaining high levels of member service and aquatic safety. This position also includes administrative responsibilities, program development, and active participation in branch campaigns and events.
