Aquatics Coordinator

The Aquatics Coordinator ensures the safety of facility patrons by preventing and responding to emergencies while maintaining the pool in accordance with Aquatics Department and Georgia Health Department standards. This role involves managing staff schedules, developing aquatic programming, and enforcing rules to maintain pool cleanliness and chemical balance. The position requires training staff in emergency procedures and addressing member concerns with exceptional service.
