The Aquatics Director provides dynamic leadership for aquatics programs, team, and operations at the Hogan Family YMCA in Madison, AL, focusing on creating a safe, welcoming, and engaging experience for all water participants. This role involves building and inspiring a high-performing aquatic safety team, fostering a culture of safety and excellence, and leading the growth, quality, accessibility, and innovation of aquatics programming. The position plays a key role in advancing water safety and making a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and families by helping people of all ages become confident around water.
