Aquatics Facility Supervisor

The City of Lakewood is seeking a part-time, variable employee to provide on-site supervision of an aquatic facility, ensuring the safety of all patrons and maintaining operational standards. The role involves supervising lifeguards and staff, managing scheduling, enforcing pool rules, and maintaining pool chemistry and equipment. This position requires working a variety of shifts, including early mornings, nights, and weekends, with a schedule of 30 to 40 hours per week.
