Aquatics Instructor

The Aquatics Instructor is responsible for conducting swim lessons for both group and one-on-one private sessions, as well as instructing and developing athletes through training programs and feedback. This role involves designing age-appropriate activities, monitoring participant performance, and ensuring a safe environment for all attendees. The position requires a flexible schedule, predominantly covering after-school and weekend hours.
