Aquatics Staff Lead

The Aquatics Staff Lead is responsible for performing Lifeguard and Swim Instructor duties while creating and promoting a safe and positive atmosphere that welcomes and respects all individuals. This role involves leading by example to support member engagement and safety, maintaining safe swimming conditions, and ensuring the well-being of all members in the pool and surrounding areas. The position requires vigilance in monitoring activities, enforcing safety rules, and participating in staff training and drills.
