Aquatics Supervisor

Under the direct supervision of the Recreation Supervisor, this role assists in managing the general operation of the aquatic facility while performing duties as a swim coach and lifeguard. The position involves designing and executing workout programs for novice and masters swim programs, maintaining facility operations, and ensuring safety compliance. The incumbent is responsible for customer service, staff coordination, and maintaining pool equipment and grounds.
