Aquatics Swim Lessons and Waterfront Program Supervisor

This role involves assisting the Recreation Supervisor and Assistant Superintendent in planning, scheduling, and supervising all swim lesson and waterfront activities. The position requires training and supervising aquatic staff while operating a strict water safety program in compliance with American Red Cross and City of Stamford standards. The incumbent is responsible for developing staff training programs, managing equipment, and overseeing assigned locations.
