About this role
The Aquatics Assistant Swim Team Coach supports the Head Swim Team Coach in developing and leading group workouts for competitive swimmers in indoor and outdoor pools. The role helps improve swimmers' technique, assists with participant registration, and helps maintain cleanliness and order of aquatics facilities. This position works in a fast-paced fitness club environment representing Life Time's products and programs.

- 1 Year Swim Coaching Experience
