About this role

The AR Batching Analyst supports Accounts Receivable integrations between Workday and the CCC1 management system by monitoring payment deposits and ensuring they match bank records. The role involves performing monthly, quarterly, and year-end reconciliations for AR subledgers, resolving posting errors, and tracking unidentified payments. Analysts must also monitor system integrations, correct failures within SLAs, and ensure customer refunds are accurately transferred between platforms.

Responsibilities

Monitor undeposited and unreconciled payments to ensure accuracy within SLA
Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end AR reconciliations for financial reporting
Track unidentified payments and collaborate with shops and insurers for resolution
Monitor and correct integration failures between CCC1 and Workday systems
Ensure customer refunds and negative transactions are accurately reflected in Workday
