AR Collections Specialist

This role oversees daily accounts receivable collections activities, including outreach, follow-up, and aging management, while utilizing HighRadius tools and SAP S/4HANA to monitor KPIs and ensure compliance. The position requires strong collaboration with internal stakeholders across Sales, Customer Service, and Finance, as well as effective communication with external customers in both English and French. The ideal candidate will identify process inefficiencies, lead improvement projects, and support the adoption of automation features to enhance collections performance.
