AR Collections Supervisor

The AR Collections Supervisor leads the day-to-day operations of the Accounts Receivable Collections team, ensuring productivity, quality, and timely resolution of outstanding accounts. This role oversees a team of 12–15 collectors, drives performance through coaching and development, and monitors cash collections and aging. The position partners with internal stakeholders and clients to improve collection outcomes while maintaining compliance with healthcare billing regulations.
