AR Coordinator II

This role involves the daily processing and reconciliation of customer payments into the ERP system, including handling chargebacks, discounts, and write-offs. The position requires managing month-end reporting, coordinating with internal and offshore teams on payment discrepancies, and maintaining accounts receivable files. Candidates will also perform basic research on customer claims and ensure accurate posting of various payment types within required timeframes.
