AR Dispute Resolution Specialist

This role oversees daily AR dispute activities, including outreach, follow-up, prioritization, and aging management, while managing dispute resolution workflows and root-cause identification. The position requires utilizing HighRadius tools, SAP S/4HANA, and Emagia to monitor KPIs and ensure compliance with credit and collections policies. The specialist collaborates with Sales, Customer Service, and Billing teams to resolve disputes, drive cash performance, and support strategic priorities across the Americas.
