AR Follow Up Specialist

The AR Follow Up Specialist is responsible for following up with insurance carriers on aged, unresolved claims and researching insurance company issues such as network problems and work comp claims. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of the revenue cycle to resolve claim issues with payers and ensure payment or complete closure of insurance balances. The position also involves following up on patient balances as assigned and completing other duties as needed.
