AR Payment Poster

The AR Payment Poster is responsible for accurately posting insurance and patient payments, adjustments, and denials in the practice management system to optimize revenue cycle performance for radiology services. This role ensures timely reconciliation of accounts, supports Accounts Receivable follow-up, and maintains accuracy to balance daily payment batches and resolve discrepancies. The position requires a flexible and adaptive mindset to support the growth of an expanding outpatient practice with multiple sites and providers.
