AR Team Lead

Malander is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Team Lead to manage and drive the end-to-end AR function within a complex, diversified group environment operating through a Shared Services Centre model. The role involves overseeing customer invoicing, billing accuracy, cash allocations, and collections while leading and developing the AR team to ensure consistent delivery and operational efficiency. This position requires a commercially minded finance professional with strong technical accounting knowledge and leadership skills to manage high-volume, multi-entity AR operations.
