DayOne is a global leader in data center development, expanding into new international markets with a focus on architectural construction and site management.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day on-site architectural execution including QA/QC, inspections, defect management, shop drawing review, material approvals, mock-ups, and final handover
Review method statements for architectural works and ensure compliance with project quality and safety standards
Lead and manage the First-of-Kind (FOK) programme for architectural works
Manage contractors and subcontractors across all architectural systems
Maintain 3-week rolling plans and coordinate sequencing across trades
