About this role
DLR Group is hiring multiple Architectural Design summer interns for its Des Moines studio. The paid, full-time internship runs May 19–August 7, 2026 and places interns on-site as part of the firm’s integrated design teams working on commercial, educational, and municipal projects. Interns will be part of DLR Group’s EPX program and gain exposure to firm processes, tools, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
