Architectural Designer

The Architectural Designer role involves conducting initial site surveys to identify space requirements and operational activities, verifying field dimensions against as-built drawings, and collaborating with end-user departments to map functional needs. The position requires developing initial layout designs and 3D visualizations within strict timeframes, presenting concepts for feedback, and finalizing designs based on stakeholder input. The role also entails coordinating with planning consultants and internal teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with project standards.
