Area Coordinator

The Area Coordinator provides vision and direction for a residential community of approximately 500-700 undergraduate students, managing the area and supervising a student staff of 12-19 Resident Assistants. This live-in role involves supporting student growth, building community, and ensuring student well-being through programming, conduct adjudication, and crisis response. The position requires active collaboration with faculty and campus partners to maintain a safe and engaging residential environment.
