Area Director

The Area Director supports Chartwells K12 food service operations across Central and Southwest CT, overseeing multiple school district accounts and leading a team of regional directors. This role focuses on fostering positive client relationships, driving financial performance, and mentoring staff to support business growth. The position reports to the Regional Vice President and ensures accountability for in-unit directors within the assigned school districts.
