Area Leader Trainee Intern

A Field Operations Intern at 7-Eleven participates in a paid summer program that immerses students in the company's operations across stores and the Store Support Center. Interns gain exposure to franchisees, store and area leaders, and operations support teams, and the program culminates in a project assignment and case-study presentation. The role is targeted at rising undergraduate juniors/seniors or graduate students interested in the retail convenience industry.
