Area Leader Trainee Intern

A Field Operations Intern at 7‑Eleven participates in a paid summer program that provides immersive exposure to the company’s operations, culture, and structure. The internship includes orientation at the Store Support Center in Irving, TX, in-store and area leader experiences, virtual classroom training, and a culminating project with a case study presentation. It is targeted to undergraduate rising juniors, rising seniors, and graduate students interested in the retail convenience industry.
